Happy Home Timeline

In the year 2001, Mr. Himmat Sorathia & Mr. Mukesh Patel as a co-founder envisioned a dream to make Diamond and Silk City a Happy City. Later the dream was turned to reality by the inception of Happy Home Group in 2003. Since then the group has been taking strides towards success by following the path of honesty & uncompromising business ethics. They strive hard to fulfil all their commitments by adopting effective management, competent engineers, strategic teamwork, technical expertise, appropriate locations and innovation. Despite the dedicated work approach Happy Home had to go through many challenges which were faced robustly with its strong policies.

In the span of a decade, Happy Home Group has successfully stamped its creation over 55 projects across an area of 1,42,03,876 sq.ft. and 7938 units delivered and 42000 people staying. These figures have certainly complied with people's expectations both in terms of thoughtful quality of construction and great value for money. Not to mention the exponentially expanding infrastructure that has changed the city's ever-improving skylines. Currently, Happy Home Group is working on 10 ongoing projects across the area of 94,58,517 sq ft. and 5,347 units, while 4 upcoming projects across an area of 25,57,805 sq.ft. and 726 units.
